[cite: 2] Aunque nuestro organismo puede sintetizarlo, en situaciones de estr\u00e9s (infecciones, ejercicio f\u00edsico intenso, intervenciones quir\u00fargicas...) la demanda supera a la capacidad de producci\u00f3n.
